Property Rights Council

The Bonner County Property Rights Council’s primary function is to focus exclusively on protecting private property rights and to investigate free-market alternatives to ongoing and new governmental intervention.  This is an ad-hoc council formed by the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) for the specific task of considering constituent property rights proposals and making recommendations to the BOCC.  Each ad-hoc PRC council shall be dissolved after completing review and recommendation on a specific property rights proposal as directed by the BOCC.

Meetings:

This is an ad hoc council and shall meet at the request of the BOCC.
