The Recording Office can record until 4:30 p.m.

Bonner County requires a 3″ margin across the entire top of the first page of each document completely blank. You can attach a cover sheet if needed with the title in the center of the page.

The Recording office records deeds, plat maps, liquor licenses, surveys and marriage licenses.
