Hours:  Open Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
 The Recording Office can record documents until 4:30 p.m. 

 Bonner County requires a 3″ margin across the entire top of the first page of each document completely blank. You can attach a cover sheet if needed with the title of the document in the center of the page. 

The Recording office records deeds, plat maps, liquor licenses, surveys and marriage licenses.

Erecording in Bonner County is by subscription with Simplifile or CSC.
