Safety

AT ALL SITES:

  • Please cover your load.

  • Children and pets are encouraged to remain in customer vehicles. 

  • No smoking near refuse containers. 

  • No climbing into dumpsters, roll offs, or cardboard containers. 

  • No salvaging. 

  • No use of chainsaws or other power tools.

  • Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) can only be disposed of during specified days, times, and places. See the HHW schedule for more information. 

  • No hot coals or embers - must be in a wet paste form to avoid fire hazard. 

  • No ammunition, fireworks, or explosives. 

  • No large items are to be left on the free table (Example, furniture, appliances,  car seats etc.)


Tipping Floor At Colburn:

  • Remain within 6 feet of your vehicle.

  • Please do not use cell phones. Be alert and aware of what is happening around you.  

  • Stay 10 feet back from the open pit. 

  • No smoking.

  • No salvaging/scavenging.

  • Maintain 15ft between vehicles.
