The Bonner County Waterways Advisory Committee (WWAC) was created in 2001 by Resolution #01-14.
Resolution #20-13 defines the advisory board as consisting of 7 voting members representing the following special interest areas: Lake Pend Oreille – Sandpoint and Hope and surrounding water bodies, Priest River and surrounding water bodies, Priest Lake and surrounding water bodies, Garfield Bay and peninsula area and surrounding water bodies, The Lakes Commission, and Bonner County Sheriff’s Office Marine Division, with the Parks and Waterways Director serving as Chairman.
WWAC Meetings: Quarterly on the 3rd Thursday of January, April, July, and October @ 2:30 P.M., or as required by the Board of County Commissioners. Meetings will be held in the Commissioner's Meeting room at 1500 Highway 2, Suite 338, Sandpoint.
