2026 Property Assessment Notice Timeline
Assessment notices for the 2026 assessment year will be mailed by June 1, 2026. Property owners are encouraged to review their notice upon receipt. The Assessor’s Office is available to answer questions and provide clarification during the June 1–22 inquiry period.
If a property owner wishes to file a Board of Equalization appeal, the statutory deadline is June 22, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Homestead Exemption applications for the 2026 tax year must be submitted by December 31, 2026.
