As of June 2, 2025, Building Location Permits are now being accepted through the Planning Department's Citizen Application Portal. Registration, login, and email are required for portal use. No paper applications will be accepted effective July 1, 2025. Building Location Permits will only be accepted through the citizen portal. Click on the link below for access.
